Your gift of time with these young people will make a difference.
For many of our kids, Boys & Girls Club of the Northland is the only thing that stands between them and real dangers:
According to a study conducted by the Minnesota department of Education, only 52% of these disenfranchised youth graduate on time.
Children may not have a safe, nurturing place to go after school, potentially exposing them to risky behaviors, negative peer pressure, and bullying.
50% of all lifetime cases of mental illness begin by age 14. About 20% of children experience an impairing mental health disorder.
