Youth Development Professional (Multiple Locations / Part Time)

This position is responsible for leading programming for youth ages 6 to 18 and serving as role models to a diverse population. Individual must be energetic, motivated, and enjoy working with youth.

  • Part Time: $14.50-15.50 per hour
  • Available Locations: Grand Rapids/Greenway, Duluth, and Superior.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Experience or training in coaching sports teams, teaching, visual arts or performing arts is helpful.
  • Hourly wage, PTO and 401K Benefits.

Outdoor Program Coordinator (Seasonal / Part Time – Duluth)

This position plans oversees the delivery of a broad range of outdoor and environmental education programs and activities at the Club’s outdoor recreation facility.

  • Part Time: $18-20 per hour
  • Available Locations: Duluth, MN (Island Lake area)
  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Experience working with children and knowledge of youth development preferred.
