DULUTH, MN – Jason McCaffrey, Board Vice President for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northland has won the prestigious “Outstanding Board Volunteer” award from the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. The award was presented during the BGCA Great Plains Area Council meeting in July 2018.

Jason has served on the board for over four years. During this time he has been an incredible advocate for our Clubs. He has recruited new board and committee members and he is a leader in getting more participation at our special events from our board and the community. His efforts have led to record attendance and revenue.

When Jason is not serving the Clubs, he is Vice President, Treasurer and a Principal with J3 Insurance, a regional independent insurance agency specializing in home, auto, health, business and life insurance. Despite him running his own business and raising his young family he always makes time for the Clubs.
